Return Policy

  EZ Access inspects all items before they are packaged for transport. Acceptance of the shipment by the Carrier is acknowledgement that the items delivered by them were in good condition and properly packaged when picked up. Despite everyone's best efforts, however, there are times when items become damaged during shipping.

  Please visually inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery to determine if there is any visible damage to the product or packages, and contact us at 800-242-1859 within 24 hours to report any freight damage. Verify that the quantity received matches the shipping request. PLEASE RETAIN ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS, as any damaged returns must be in the original carton or they will not be accepted by the manufacturer.

  No returns are accepted after 60 days from the date of invoice, or if they are in “used” condition, or if not in original packaging. Prices are subject to change without notice and custom orders are not returnable. Please verify the ship-to address and be sure to provide a valid telephone number for the ship-to location. Orders returned, refused, undeliverable for any reason, and/or cancelled in transit are subject to 15% handling and restocking fee, freight both ways, plus any or all additional fees charged by the freight company. A handling fee of $25 will be charged on all returned credit cards or checks.

  All returns must have a pre-approved return authorization number, and we retain the right to refuse delivery and/or processing of any item not meeting the criteria outlined above. Additional policies may apply as well.

Shipping Policies

  Within approximately three days of an order being processed, EZ Access Portable Ramps will be delivered by UPS to most US addresses from one of three distribution centers, located in Washington, Kentucky, and Texas. Other products are shipped from the main warehouse in Algona WA. (Note: A few large items may be shipped by truck.)
